Shipping policy

Dakhota Prairie ships from the United States. The rate for your order is calculated at checkout before you pay. We do not add surprise handling fees after that screen.

Free U.S. shipping
Orders of $150 USD and over ship free inside the United States.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. If a destination cannot be served, checkout will not offer a rate. We do not ship to P.O. boxes if the carrier we use will not deliver there.

How long it takes
We pack each order after it is placed. The delivery range you see at checkout starts after the label is created, not at the moment of payment. You will receive tracking when the label is created.

If a jar is delayed, email luxelegacy@dakhota-prairie.luxury with your order number.

Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows delivered and the box is missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. If the box arrives damaged or the wrong items are inside, photograph the package and email the same inbox. Those cases are handled under our return and refund policy.

Duties and taxes
U.S. orders: sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Returns
Returns are covered in the return and refund policy. Opened jars may be returned for 60 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns are shipped back at your expense unless we say otherwise.
